Аннотация
Статья посвящена проблемам в сфере рационального использования бывшей или находящейся в эксплуатации строительной техники.
Дан анализ особенностям рынка строительной техники в развитых странах с частичной возможностью использования накопленного опыта в строительной отрасли России.
Основные выводы и предложения основаны на результатах экспертного опроса.
