Abstract
The article deals with the problems in the management of construction machinery that is either in or out of use.
We have made the analysis of the characteristics of the construction equipment market in the developed countries with the possibility of a partial use of the experience in Russia.
The main conclusions and recommendations are based on the results of the expert survey.
