HEIGHT REGULATIONS IN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. TRENDS AND CONTEXT.
Abstract
Sooner or later we will have to identify the needs of our economy in relation to the necessary and sufficient urban density per land area unit by limiting the height of buildings and transforming urban spaces proportionate to the human scale in order to unify the society and encourage its correct development.
