Abstract

In work on the basis of the analysis of methods of definition of efficiency of photocatalytic concrete and results of foreign and domestic researches the best conditions for use of these construction materials are revealed. The analysis of foreign results of a research has shown that efficiency of photocatalytic concrete depends in many respects on service conditions of these materials. In work: - results of researches of foreign authors on use of photocatalytic concrete on the basis of dioxide of the titan for purification of air of pollutants are analysed; - the comparative analysis of test methods is carried out and conclusions are drawn on efficiency use of standard methods; - an assessment of efficiency of application in the urban environment is given and technological recommendations and constructive solutions on use of photocatalytic concrete in construction are proposed.
