Creation of a sustainable human environment according to the principles of the social orientation
Abstract
Architectural and urban planning over the last century acquired force in the field of public administration. In addition, town-planning and architecture has become one of the activities of ordinary citizens, private enterprises, investors and developers. In this paper, the essential principles of "social orientation" in the field of architecture and urban planning. Covers key methods and possible ways of their implementation, which provide guidance in the adoption and the rationale for the proposed architectural and urban solutions.
