Abstract
A fair, stable market is when the needs of society and the interests of the private entrepreneur are initially antagonistic, are in a relatively harmonious equilibrium. And ensuring this balance, the balance of supply and demand, is a direct duty of any state - be it liberal or social!e will sooner or later need to determine the needs of our economy for the necessary and sufficient density of urban development per unit of land area, limiting the height of buildings and transforming urban areas to commensurate with human scale, uniting society and stimulating its proper development.
