Abstract

The article examines the next stage in the development of the Advanced Work Packaging methodology created on the basis of the Institute of the construction Industry. While undergoing constant development, the methodology covers all participants of the investment and construction project at different stages of the project life cycle. At this stage, an important part of commissioning and entry into service is integrated into the overall process of creating the facility. With the help of visual visualizations, the article demonstrates the impact of commissioning works on the overall construction process and its sequence.
